The Edge School of Performing Arts is pleased to introduce its Instructor Development Program.  Those who attend The Edge know that our studio is about much more than dance. The Edge presents opportunities for expression and education; personal growth and discovery; and, the development of responsibility and respect.
  • Susan believes every student has something to offer.  The Edge creates an atmosphere where students develop and are valued as individuals and artists. Susan accepts all students as part of a growing family and encourages all to put forth new ideas in a positive way. The Edge Instructor Development Program is an opportunity for students to develop important instructional, mentoring, customer service and business management skills.
  • Three stages of the program allow participants to contribute to the development of the studio where they share their lives and time while gaining valuable business and interpersonal skills. There is no cost to participate in the program but trainees must invest their time, talent and dedication throughout the year.
  • There are three levels to the program: Junior Assistant, Intermediate Trainee and Senior Instructor. At the end of the year, Junior and Intermediate graduates will receive a certificate and Senior Instructors will be presented with a diploma.
  • The Instructor Development Program empowers participants to walk away from the program with the satisfaction that they too have contributed to making The Edge – the studio that many call their second home – an exceptional place. Those interested in joining the program should submit your information and request.
