The Edge Policies and Regulations

1.        A registration fee per family is due at the time of registration.  Registration fees are non-refundable.
2.        Registration will not be accepted unless accompanied by post dated cheques, pre-authorized debit or credit transaction.  
 
3.  A child will not be permitted to take the class if a payment is not received 
4.        If a payment is past due 14 days there will be a $25 late fee added to the amount owing.  Accounts past due 30 days may result in suspension of that 
students participation in class.  Students will not participate in the recital until all fees, late charges, damage charges and costume balances are received.
5.        Once your child’s costume has been ordered, you are responsible to pay the balance owing.
6.        The Edge Performing Arts Inc., assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged goods. 
7.        Tuition is based on 12 weeks ( recital dates included), Sept -Dec, Dec-March, March-June.  Our dance curriculum  is based on 36 lessons.
8.       Cheques are payable to: The Edge Performing Arts Inc. A service charge of $45.00 is applied to all NSF cheques.      

9.        The Edge Performing Arts Inc., will take promotional photos for local newspaper articles, online presentation, advertisements and promotional materials.  I give permission for my child(ren) to be photographed and for photos to be used in ways outlined above.  If I do not wish for my child(ren) to be photographed, I will notify The Edge Performing Arts Inc., in writing.

10.        Children under the age of 6 must have a parent or guardian that stays in the facility for the duration of the class.  If the parent is dropping off and picking up it must be communicated in writing and given to the instructor.  This does not apply to our summer camps.

11. For Camp: I give permission for The Edge Performing Arts Inc., to take my child off property to do outdoor activities and go to the park,weather permitting. 

 12. In the case you need to cancel please submit your request to The Edge School of Performing Arts in writing on the approved form. All requests for refund are subject to a processing fee and approval by the Director. One Request to cancel Form per student. There will be a $30 administration fee applied. 

I/We understand there is a certain amount of inherent risk of injury involved in dancing activity and that this has been explained to us.  In consideration of  
the benefits derived from The Edge Performing Arts Inc., I/We agree to hold harmless The Edge Performing Arts Inc., its agents or employees from any and 
all claims for personal injuries to myself, my/our child while participating in said dance or any other Edge Performing arts Inc., activities or while being 
transported to and from said activities related to dance or any other Edge Performing Arts inc., activities.
